Tom was born and raised not far from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He holds degrees in business and in theology. Tom works for an international ministry, helping children and youth engage with Scripture. He is married to Kate, and they have a son, Micaiah. Tom enjoys exploring with the family, reading, baseball, and relaxing days at the pool or water park. The Harleys are excited to call Williamsburg home and to be part of Incarnation.
