We are Incarnation Anglican Church, joyfully serving Williamsburg, Virginia. We are a warm and welcoming community of disciples growing together in Christ. As a parish in The Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic, under Bishop Chris Warner’s leadership, we share in the Anglican Church in North America’s mission: to reach North America with the transforming love of Jesus Christ.
We are prayerfully seeking an experienced priest with a deep and abiding faith — someone who will shepherd us faithfully in the Anglican way of Word and Sacrament, lead us regularly to the table of Holy Communion, and guide us into deeper intimacy with God. We long for a pastor who listens well, knows our joys and struggles, and points us consistently to Christ. We seek a leader who will remain with us over the long term, investing deeply in the life of this congregation and stewarding our mission with faithfulness.
Rector Search Process
✔️ The Vestry installs the Search Committee.
✔️ The Search Committee submits Parish and Rector Profiles to the Vestry.
✔️ The Vestry approves the Parish and Rector Profiles.
✔️ The Search Committee submits the position to the ACNA and DOMA for advertisement.
The Search Committee is now accepting applications.
Upon the receipt of applications, the Search Committee will vet the candidates, filter applications, and conduct appropriate interviews before making a recommendation to the Vestry.
